Sample Products Policy:

• Quick Samples: Life Brand often sends lower-cost items as quick samples at no charge.
• Premium Items: For more expensive, premium items, we require a non-refundable Sample Products Fee.
• Cost Coverage: The Sample Products Fee covers the cost and shipping of all sample items requested.
• Order Deposit: This Sample Products Fee can be used as an initial deposit towards your future order when the samples chosen are returned to be decorated.
• Return Option: Once you receive your samples, you have the option of returning any samples that you’d like to be decorated with the rest of your future order.
• Fee Deduction: The Sample Products Fee based on your chosen items will be deducted from your total order amount when placing your future order.
• Non-Refundable: Any samples that are not used are not refundable and cannot be returned.
