Promo Pack Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for supporting our limited-time promotions! Due to the deeply discounted pricing and low production/shipping costs of our Promo Packs, these special items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchanges.
We’re unable to offer standard returns or exchanges on Promo Packs, as they are priced well below their regular retail value. However, if you’d like to receive a different size or item, you’re welcome to re-order the same Promo Pack while supplies last.
We encourage customers to consider gifting or donating their original item to a friend, family member, or local fundraiser.
Standard Item Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. For all standard items (excluding personalized or custom products), please review the return and exchange policy below:
- Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition.
- Full refunds are available for eligible returns.
- Size exchanges are available with a small re-shipping fee to cover additional shipping costs.
- Customized or personalized apparel is not eligible for return or exchange.
Personalized Item Return & Exchange Policy
Because personalized products are made just for you, they are handled a bit differently than standard items.
- Returns are not accepted for personalized or customized items.
- Size exchanges are available within 30 days of receipt for a reprint fee equal to 50% of the item’s retail price, plus a re-shipping fee.
- Promotional or sale pricing does not apply to returns or exchanges.
- Items must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition
Personalized items include (but are not limited to):
- Apparel featuring metallic, glitter, or printed image logos
- Apparel with custom names, numbers, or user-submitted text or designs
