Pre-Paid Day Rate — Earn It Back Through Sales

To reserve our team, equipment, and full on-site production setup, a pre-paid, non-refundable day rate is required for each event. This also includes proper printed signage for your merch booth and guarantees your event is staffed and equipped regardless of attendance or sales volume. The best part: your day rate can be earned back through merchandise sales. As products are sold throughout the event, an agreed-upon portion of the sales revenue is credited back against your pre-paid day rate. With a successful event, you can reduce or potentially recover the entire cost of having our team and equipment on-site, while still benefiting from a professionally managed, live print-on-demand merchandise operation.
