For stocking non-print-on-demand items in our warehouse (embroidery, screen print, patches, decals, stickers, tags, thank-you cards, custom boxes, etc.), one SKU is assigned per BIN. Thin items such as decals or patches may share a BIN depending on size and volume, while larger items may require multiple BINs. BIN sizing reference: 8″ wide × 18″ deep × 4.5″ tall = 1 BIN slot (fits approximately 18 hats), 10″ wide × 18″ deep × 9″ tall = 2 BIN slots, 16″ wide × 18″ deep × 12″ tall = 3 BIN slots. All BIN inventory should be purchased through Life Brand via credit card and set to auto-restock. Items not purchased through Life Brand may incur additional fees. A 10% card transaction and platform fee applies to BIN items when Life Brand processes all financial transactions through our platform. This fee does not apply if you sell through your own website and manage payment processing independently.

When you refer another store, you earn 10% profit share on every product they sell. Using the example above, you would receive $0.82 per item, while the referred store still earns their full 50% commission. Referral commissions are paid entirely from our portion of the profit share, not from your referred clients 50% profit share.
