On behalf of our customers and the local shops who sell our products, we have been 3D Printing Face Shield Masks and have donated the very first 250 shields to our first responders & healthcare workers.
After hearing about the shortage of supplies, Life Brand Founder Dustin Grice began exploring creative ways that we could all help together. We would like to thank avid motorcyclist and Hennepin EMS Paramedic Pete Monson for his help in connecting us with the Hennepin Healthcare Foundation.

Starting From Scratch
Spontaneously purchasing a 3D Printer over the holidays, Dustin realized that he had not found any time to explore using the new printer and had been hearing about individual 3D Printing masks from home for healthcare workers. After some research online, he made his very first face shield mask. The first successful 3D print took 2 hours and 6 minutes on his desk at home.
Connecting with Our Health Care Workers
Shortly after fine-tuning the process and printing the first few dozen of masks, Dustin then reached out to local motorcycle rider & Hennepin EMS Paramedic Pete Monson. Pete and his son Ross Monson recently joined us in our Polar Plunge for Special Olympics.
